3.the pre-treatment procedures.

4.treatment time.

The length of this treatment varies depending on the size of the area being treated. A few agespots may require a couple of minutes; a large tattoo may require 30 minutes or longer. Largeareas need treating step by step.

5.How many treatments will I need?

Light pigment like freckles, age spots and sun marks could be dispelled by one treatment. Most ofpigment could be dispelled no more than two times. But to some clinically difficulties like thenevus zygomaticus and the nevus of Ota, it will take 3-6 times to complete. Tattoo removal needsabout 2-5 times regarding different colors and tattoo inks.

In case of being infected, use antibiotic paste on affected area once every day. Do not drink alcohol or take aspirin within the first two or three weeks after treatment. The pathological change after treatment is a lasting course of biology. It normally takes 1-3 months. Re-treatment should be given 2-3 months after.

4. Chromotosis probably occur on a few patients, which would vanish in 3-6 months. To avoid chromotosis, use sunblock during the whole treatment.

1. The lifetime of xenon lamp in the unit it is lasting about 1000 hours. If working exceeding the lifetime, laser energy would decrease, at this time it is advised to replace it with a new one.

2. Keep the treatment clean and ventilated, when temperature bellows 0 degree, precautions be needed for freezing proofing of the optical devices within the laser.
